Meghan, I had a similar experience to Michael's - excellent, very fast results, but not always a confirmation. In fact, I wrote a note once in the comments section of one request about a confusing and conflicting issue, and they sent me a document. I forgot about it, frankly, because the doc they sent was relevant. Several *weeks* later, I received an email responding to the comment. They had continued looking into it, and someone came up with the answer, and another document, and a link explaining it! Amazed!!!
