    3. I had the same impression. I tried to search for a passenger and was totally surprised at the new site. It was impossible to use and I feel pretty good at searching. Horrible site. I actually found the record on Ancestry which is usually harder for me to search for passenger records. Thanks for taking the time to call them. I didn't even try to sign in because I was so disgusted with the site, I just got off.
