Dear Friends, Besides the thrill of the hits, there are always techniques, or geographic bits'o info, or cultural stuff to glean from watching "Who Do You Think You Are?", even last night's new show. In terms of our Irish, aspects that are curious to me from last night's new show are "life as a servant," geography/history of life in Canada (the stopover for many of our Irish), types of existent Canadian records, and generic pressures on residents/land owners of a new country at war. You can tweak the educational milieu of these issues to better imagine the lives of your ancestors. Barb
