Members are automatically unsubscribed from a Mailing List when the number of bounced ( rejected ) e-mail messages reaches a pre-set threshold. Due to some recent changes with many e-mail providers DMARC settings many of the Roots Web messages are being rejected and bounced back. Our engineers are aware of this issue and are working with the e-mail providers to find a solution. In the mean time all we can recommend is for your subscribers to contact their e-mail providers and work with them to have them unblock these Roots Web messages. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
