I will look and see if they are on Ancestry. The first time I saw these books were years ago at the NYC Public Library at 5th Ave and 42nd St. Next time I saw them was in the Albany State Library. I remember them on NARA but I find that site a bite confusing to navigate when you haven't been on it for a while.
