Try searching the Library at Waterford in county Waterford. I was able to glean much from there. There is a large Phelan presence in an around Annstown/Annestown County Waterford. I hope you find family as I did using the Library. Hi Judy; I just checked the Waterford County Library. It looks to me like the searching available references a microfilm and then you must go there to search it. I live in the US so that is not possible. Is there some online searchable database that I missed? Thanks, Janet ________________________________ From: judy christopher <ajuntasc@gmail.com> To: ny-irish@rootsweb.com Sent: Mon, December 14, 2009 3:18:16 PM Subject: Re: [NY-IRISH] James Joseph Phelan and Ellen Phelan nee Morrissey Try searching the Library at Waterford in county Waterford.
