    2. Thank you, Barbara.....our cousin Michael was one of the firefighters who died that dreadful day. Another friend who was in the Towers that day says he still dreams of walking down the stairs - and the firemen passing them on the way up, all the time encouraging those getting out to keep going. He suffers from what they call "survivor guilt." Michael died doing what he loved best - helping frightened people. He was so proud to be a fireman. It always helps bring peace to my heart to know there are wonderful caring folks who will never forget. Thank you for not forgetting them all - the dead, the survivors, and the first responders, who need our support and prayers more than ever.     3. I cannot go down the stairs during a fire drill at work without flashing to that day and i was not in the trade center. I will never forget them! At this moment there is a candle burning on the sidewalk outside my home, something I have done each anniversary of that day and will do every 9-11 for the rest of my life.
