    3. Anna, I think I have run across those names in Ireland. Do you have any idea which part? If you have the marriage, birth or dead certificates it should tell you at least the county. I can trace back to 1833 Upper Cumber, Londonderry when my gggrandparents got married. But this is as far as I can go without knowing which/when the Taggarts came to Ireland. It was a long shot but guess there's no record of this.     3. Pat, I have her death certificate. That's where I got her parents' names.  but for place of birth it just says "Ireland."
