Hello All, List administrators periodically ask us to reduce the size of a chain of messages and replies when you send a new reply. Here’s one relatively easy way to do that. On the message you’re replying to: 1. At the top right corner of the message, click the left-leaning arrow (the Reply button). 2. In the blank space that appears, click the three dots at the bottom of the space. 3. Press Ctrl A – highlights the original messages. 4. Press Del (the delete key) – deletes the highlighted material. 5. Proceed with typing and sending your reply message. PJ
