The Muhlemann address for Newburgh would be City Terrace - North side first floor, the Hospital St. Lukes was well established by then at its present location on Dubois St. City Terrace and the area surrounding while in much decay today is pretty much the way it was in the 1890's, as most homes were a bit earlier.
