Hi Barbara, My wife's Greatgrandmother was a Barbara Ann Thompson born 1867 in Ontario, Canada. (have not yet found the town). She married Joseph Jeremiah Webb about 1865/1866 and moved to Saint Lawrence County, New York at some point. they had 7 children of which at least 4 were born in Plevineaw, Ontario, Canada If this sound like a match for your Thompson family, please let me know.
