Does anyone have information on any Whitcombs in Albany. I have Esther Whitcomb my 2great grandmother who married James-1 Furman 1819, possibly in Berne. James died in 1842 and is buried there. Elizabeth is later found in the AlbanyCity Directory beginning about 1847. I have several addresses for her there. She died in 1782, but I don't know where she is buried. I'd love to find her parents. I will be in Albany in July and will visit her addressess and those of her son James-2. thanks marita
