Margaret, may I impose another look-up task on you? When you get a chance at the Newburgh library, could you check some Street Directories? City of Newburgh: Beginning 1875 and going back in time till he disappears: Joseph GRAF/F or GROF/F Beginning 1855 and going forward in time till 1865: John and Jacob WEAVER (Ignore John R(obinson) Weaver. That's not the one). From 1860 to whenever Joseph Graff shows up: Mary WEAVER. What should show up, but may not, is John or Jacob WEAVER from 1855 to 1860-64, then Mary WEAVER till 1868 when she married Joseph GRAFF. But the first I have on them is the 1875 census. The rest is from a family Bible and I'm not sure they were in Newburgh before that census. Hope that makes sense. And I hope this is not too much to ask. Any of it would be a help. Joy Weaver
