We have now transcribed the first 260 of 464 pages of the Yonkers 1870 federal census. I have started getting them on line and so far have the first 7 of 34 files formated and uploaded. I hope to complete it all today. These pages include 10,228 individuals, 1,656 dwellings and 2,035 families. Thanks should be given to the transcribers: June Howard, Mary Hoar and Carol Lofton.
