    2. Dear Bill, Thanks so much for the pictures. I have printed them all out. I hope someone can tell me what the status of Glen Haven is today and if it is closed, when did that happen? I would like to use the information in a story about my grandmother for the family. Best wishes. Rosemary

One lasting legacy is the Glen Haven Schoolhouse. I am not sure of this but I was told that the patrons of the Gelen Haven Hotel wanted a library and they helped fund one in the local one room school. The school still stands and is now the home of the Glen Haven Historical Society. The school is located on the south-east corner of the lake in Cortland County and the Glen Haven Hotel was on the south-west corner of the lake in Cayuga County.
