Nov. 10, 1880 Death From Small-Pox Thomas Henry, the telegraph operator at Blue Canyon, who was taken to the Railroad Hospital, at Sacramento, for treatment and subsequently sent to the pesthouse near the County Hospital, his case having developed in confluent smallpox, died on Friday last of the disease. He was 24 years of age, a native of Canada. Deceased was a brother of Pat and Will Henry, of Verdi.
