I am new to this list and hoping someone could give me information on how to obtain copies of obits. I am looking for the obit for my grandmother, Edna Mae Parish who died November 23, 1961 in Reno. I have found out that her husband, Otis Parish has since passed away but I do not know the date of his death. Would anyone know how I would go about finding out his death date and how I would obtain an obit for him? One more question, how would I obtain a death certificate for my grandmother?
