Strange... Applied for marriage license in Washoe County, with residense noted as Reno, on 6 Aug 1914. Marriage Certificate, married at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, on 8 Aug 1918. Dates are perfectly clear and the application form number (5224) is clearly stamped on the certificate. Was there a mandatory wait period? Four years seems excessive - heck, we have marriage today lasting less than four hours (Britney Spears?). Keith
