Born May 5, 1921, in Saguache, Colorado, Mrs. Harrison moved with her family at a young age to Elko, Nev., where she met her husband George Harrison (Irish). Together they built and operated the Roadside Market in Elko until they moved their family to Floriston. They remained in Floriston until her husband died. She then moved to Woodland. She worked for Yolo County until she relocated to the Reno area in 1978 to be near her sons. In Reno she worked and retired from St. Mary's Hospital after 10 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Harrison, in 1969; and son, Michael Harrison. Survivors include Donald and Marjorie Harrison, Darlene Harrison, Thomas and Carole Harrison, Robert and Ollie Harrison, and Rick and Angie Gonzales; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Services: A graveside service is scheduled at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 20, at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Woodland.
