He was born in Ogden Utah May 26, 1933, he died in Grand Junction Colorado in a mining accident September 16, 1958. Do not know his father's name, his mother's first name was Thelma. His parents were divorced. Thelma was last know to have lived in Las Vegas back in the 1970's. Donald was also buried in Clark County.
