I know this is a very touchy subject, and I just hope that you can help. Or perhaps you could circulate this letter to your staff at work and see if any of it sounds familiar, or if anyone would be willing to help us with some research. You never know, maybe one of them might be interested in helping us. We are always keeping our fingers crossed. :) If you don't think you would be able to help us right now, perhaps you could forward it to anyone's email you have in Fallon, or copy this and pass it along to just one person, Or maybe..just maybe you would copy it and pass it along to a few people, and then they could give it to a few people, and then we would really have a network of angels on our side helping out!! A young couple from Fallon had a beautiful 8# 11oz baby boy on April 13, 1972.   A few days later, she placed him for adoption. 28 years later, that baby, Michael, and I have begun to search for her, or anyone that might know any information about his birthfamily.  Recently, we've discovered that Michael has an older half brother on his mother's side. Considering that Michael was born when she was 17, his brother can't be much older than he is.  It's possible that she kept her first son, and gave Michael up for adoption. Therefore, it's very possible that you may be able to help us find some information about his brother, his mother, or anyone else in his family.  Of course, it's also possible that both children were placed for adoption as well. But please, just take a moment to check it out!! You might have the missing link we've been looking for!     Michael was born at Churchill Public Hospital, in Fallon, Nevada. His delivering doctor was GW Boom.  We have very little information right now, and we are desperately trying to put the pieces of this puzzle together.     It would really mean so much to us (even though you are a stranger), if you could add one more piece for us. Please know, that the last thing we would ever want to do would be to interrup someone's life.  However, Michael and I have so many questions about his side of the family, and we are going to be starting our own family soon, so it has become more important than ever to find out any information that we can.     Any information that you might be able to share would be kept STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL!!  So here's everything we've got, and maybe, just maybe...some of it might sound familiar to you.: Birthfather Information:     Age 22     6'     160#     blonde hair     green eyes     fair complexion     12th grade completed     mechanic     irish-german     good health history     no religious preference     no medial information Birthmother Information     age 17, single     5'8"     131#     light brown hair     green eyes     fair to ruddy complexion     10th grade (so we're not sure if she ever completed high school, or if she dropped out)     interested in drafting     scotch, welsh, irish     sister has diabetes     she's usually anemic     no religious preference I know that this may seem an odd request from a perfect stranger, but when you know nothing about your history, you really have nothing to lose!  We've been searching for over a year now, and come up with nothing.  Every new opportunity I get to reach out to someone that might've known her, I am compulsed to take. I hope you understand. Like I said before, we are just curious.  There are many things you wonder about when you are adopted.  For instance, Michael is an extremely talented artist, musician, and athlete.  He is 6'7", light brown hair, and green eyes. Wouldn't you be curious too if you didn't know why you looked the way you do, or where your talents come from? Hopefully for you and I, those questions can be answered simply by our parents.  For Michael, it's just not as easy. All we are asking for is a shot in the dark...maybe someone, somewhere knows something that will help us to find the answers to all of these unanswered questions.  Maybe you could be our someone.  Thank you for reading this, and I hope to hear from you soon.
