Nv Obituaries Reply Here: http://genconnect.rootsweb.com/gc/USA/Nv/ClarkObits/19 Surname: LEWIS ------------------------- "A Sudden Death", Searchlight Bulletin 1903 While eating lunch in his place of business last Thursday evening, N. S. LEWIS rolled from his chair to the floor. Friends hastened to his assistance but it was found that death, which was the result of a stroke of Apoplexy, had been instantaneous. "Uncle Nat" as he was familiarly known was seventy-three years of age, having been born in Indianapolis, Indiana on March 1st, 1830. Over forty years ago he discovered and located the Wall Street group of mines at Eldorado. For years he has been actively engaged in mining and it was only about a year ago that he settled down in business here in Searchlight. Probably no man in this country enjoyed a wider acquaintance, and his acquaintances were his friends. The internment took place here in Searchlight on last Saturday.
