I am looking for an obit or any information on LESTER SEIFFER I believe he lived in or around las Vegas in the 1950 & died in the very late 1950"s or early 1960's He founded the "FOY' Club in Las Vegas I do not know what the letters stand for any information would be of great help Thank you, Sue
