WINDOM died in 1971 in Las Vegas, Clark Co., Nv. re SSDI. I have "inherited" a portrait of a young girl probably between Civil War and 1900. On the back is written W.F. Windom, 404 E 18th St., Kansas City, Mo. The person I inherited the picture from lived for quite a time in Las Vegas: Iva F. Lamb (Mrs. James Everett Lamb maiden name Slaughter). Her husband's mother was a Satterfield, Annie Viola Satterfield Lamb (Mrs. James Lucas). I am wondering if the Wm. Windom d. 1971 in Las Vegas was the same that evidently had the picture framed in Kansas City, Mo. REcognize any connections? Many thanks!
