All we have to go on is my mother's orginial birth certificate. We have conducted research and no one seems to have any information on her parents. My mother was born on September 8, 1943, Henderson, NV, her name on the birth certificate is Donna Jay Cowin, also listed on the birth certificate was her parents information: Father; Jay Cowin, born in Almo, North Dakota and was a Lieutenant-II in the U.S. Army during WW-II, his age was 21 in the year 1943; Mother; Fancis Lucille Wandell, born in Glassell, Montana, her age was 18 in the year 1943. there was no date of births listed on birth certificate for them . Any information that anyone has would be greatly appreciated!! Heather
