I have bits of information that I am following. I have my birth record had DLQ (OIL CO. WORKER) born 1909 in Anadarko, OK. I have requested a record of his birth. I have DLQ"s marriage record to Z.M COOLEY in 1931 gave me DLQ's parents;DANIEL EDWARD QUICK b: OKLAHOMA and NORA CESSIE (ARMSTRONG) QUICK b: KANSAS. I have a birth notice for :DANIEL THAIR QUICK 1932 CA I have a death record for Z.M. (Cooley)-(Quick)-(Woodman) D:1942 CA. ZMCQW'S sister Cleva (COOLEY)Anderson was listed as the person notified at ZMCQW'S death AND also on the death record for DANIEL THAIR QUICK as his guardian. (so,FOR NOW,I am assuming DANIEL THAIR and perhaps ZMCQW'S two young daughters were raised by Cleva Anderson after his mother passed). I have a SSDI record for DANIEL EDWARD QUICK D:1942 Santa Cruz,CA I have a SSDI record for NORA CESSIE (ARMSTRONG) QUICK D:CA I have a BAKERSFIELD, CA. burial record for my half brother: DANIEL THAIR QUICK D: 1952 that lists our father:DLQ as being in AFRICA!
