My great aunt died in Aug. 2000 in Las Vegas and supposedly had a will. Would she have had to file it or had a lawyer do it in order for it to be valid? How can I find this out? She also had named an executor. Other family members think the executor squandered the money. She's claiming that all my aunt's money was used to take care of her in a nursing home.
