Del Carlo Dies In Reno Article Text: Funeral services were held Monday morning (7 Jan) for Luigi Del CARLO, 49 year old Hawthorne resident, who died Friday night (4 Jan) in a Reno hospital where he had been a patient for several days. Burial was in Reno. Mr. Del CARLO, who had been in poor health for several weeks was stricken seriously ill early last week and was taken to Reno for an emergency operation. A native of Italy, Mr Del CARLO came to this country 30 years ago and spent most of that time as a resident of Nevada. He lived in Sparks and Reno and about 10 years ago moved to Hawthorne. In recent years he had been employed at the Hawthorne Club.
