HATTON denied Andrew NEGRETE a new trial on the charge of murder growing out of a stabbing affray in the Mina Club in Mina on the night of 30 Oct, which caused the death of Clyde BIXBY. Oscar ORAM. attorney for NEGRETE made a brief plea to the court on his motion for a new trial while district attorney WOOD made no statement.
