She was a native of Kansas and a widow of William MYERS. Mr. MYERS was an engineer on the old Goldfield and Tonopah railroad for many years. The couple came to Goldfield in 1900 from Mexico, where Mr. MYER was a railroad engineer. They later moved to Hawthorne before removing to Reno. Mrs. MYERS was a member and past matron of the Gold Nugget Chapter of Eastern Star in Goldfield. She was related to HOOVER through his mother. She is survived by a son, Ralph G. MEYERS of Reno and three grandchildren, William, David and Karen MYERS all of Reno.
