Appointed Wednesday, he handled three criminal cases and nine civil actions as well as performing a marriage during his first court session. Mr. BAILEY wil serve until Clarence MITCHELL regains his health. Mr. MITCHELL, hospitalized n Reno, resigned as Justice of the Peace. County Commissioners accepted the resignation with the understanding that Mr. MITCHELL will regain his job when he regains his health.
