CAMERON of the Stockgrowers and Ranchers Bank of Reno, yesterday swore to a complaint before Justice Charles E. BUFF charging Ernest K. COLTER with forgery. COLTER is the man who posed as a bank detective and cashed a check at the local bank calling for $35.00. COLTER is held in jail at Santa Rosa, CA, having been taken into custody at Sonoma.
