She was a native of Utah, aged 84 years. In her early childhood her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Elisha MALLORY, moved to Carson Valley. She was married there 25 Dec 1870 to William McLAREN. He died several years ago. A short time after their marriage the couple moved to Owens Valley, where they had since resided. Mrs. McLAREN is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Lulu COX, Mrs. Stella SHEPHARD and Mrs. Zelma NELLIGAN and a son Leroy C. McLAREN, all of West Bishop, CA.
