On August 6th, 2013 Michael died quite unexpectedly. He is predeceased by parents Vicky & John Chaisson and sister Mary of Glace Bay. Michael is survived by beloved wife Kathleen McIntyre. Daughter, Vicky (Mrs. Duane Verdon), adored grandchildren, Michael, Danielle and Joey. Brother, John Chaisson of London, Ontario. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in law. Michael will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews and god children. Life long best friends, Jimmy McIntyre of Glace Bay Nova Scotia, John Macdonald and Ted Deffett. Michael Served in 1961- 1965 with the QOR . Then built his life in Aylmer, Quebec. Working in Ottawa for Surgenor as Shipper/Receiver for 39 years. A private family memorial will take place.
