Margaret Mary Ross R.N. Ph.D. at the age of 70. Beloved daughter of the late Ella (Gallagher) and Colin Hugh Ross. Cherished sister of Mary Ross (Gerry Hooper) and Penny Ross. Loving aunt of Craig Carson (Isabelle Parent-Carson), Carolyn Carson, Derek Carson, David Hooper (Jocelyn) and Megan Hooper (Evan Moore). Fondly remembered by extended family and friends. Margaret was an award-winning career scientist, professor at the universities of Ottawa, McGill, Dalhousie and Mount St. Vincent, and worked with the College of Nurses of Ontario. Born in Arvida QC and raised in Montreal, Margaret moved to Ottawa to be closer to family and also enjoyed her time spent at Fasgadh, the family home in Cape Breton.
