Born in Inverness, she was a daughter of the late Frederick and Rose (Glawson) Taylor. Grace was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed and was very involved in community activities and was an avid volunteer, especially at the Shelburne Exhibition. Grace was full of life and laughter, enjoyed her many friends, and loved her family dearly. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Lorenzo; son, Keith ( Cheryl), Regina; brothers, Wallace and Earl Taylor, Inverness and Fred Taylor, New Glasgow; sisters, Lillian Vehun, Hamilton, Ont.; Irene Letcher, New Glasgow; Audrey Timmons, Inverness and Shirley McLellan, Tampe, Arizona; grandchildren, Kristen and Kelsey Jones . She was predeceased by brothers, James, Hughie and Charlie. Cremation has taken place under the direction of H. M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home, Shelburne. No visitation by request. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 18 at 2 p.m. in Trinity United Church, Shelburne, Rev. Joanne McFadden officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada, Nova Scotia Branch.
