In fact, when the Miners Museum came into being they required a large piece of coal to be displayed proudly at the entrance to the museum and management of the mine requested Raymond and a couple of his peers to find the piece. Raymond is survived by his loving wife of sixty four years, Sandra (Halnuck); his four children, daughter, Debby (Arden) White, Scotchtown; sons, Kevin (Betty Ann), Annapolis Valley, Ronnie, River Ryan and Weldon (Catherine) Pastuck, Lingan; grandchildren, Raymond, Tyrra (Robert), Stacey, Micheal (Jill), Matthew (Cheryl), Amanda (Marty), Weldon (Krista), Joseph, Christopher (Rebecca); 16 great-grandchildrten and many nieces and nephews.
