Halifax Herald November 16, 1966 FLORENCE - Alexander Livingstone, 76, died yesterday. Born at Black Brook, Boulardarie, he operated a farm and was also a highway foreman with the department of highways before retiring three years ago. He was a member of St. James Presbyterian Church, Big Bras d'Or and was an elder for the past 40 years. He is survived by his wife and a sister, Mary. The body is at the Fillmore and Whitman Funeral Home, Sydney Mines.
