Montreal Gazette Sept. 12/08 AUBREY KYTE 1928 - 2008 At Lakeshore General Hospital on Thursday, September 11, in his 81st year. He is survived by his wife Peggy (Lamb), children Glenn, Carmel, Anne Marie and Kevin (Alessandra) and grandchildren Emma, Emily and Rebecca. Stepfather to Charlie (Suzie), Bill (Louise), Tom (Ann) and Ted (Susan). He was predeceased by his first wife Lillian, his brother Arthur and his parents Jack and Florence. Aubrey was a pilot with Air Canada for over 33 years, and retired as a captain in 1986. Born and raised in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, he moved to Montreal in the 1950's, but returned home every year. We will be taking him home to Cape Breton one last time. Friends and family are invited to join us for visitation at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Sources Boul, DDO, 514-685-3344 on Sunday, September 14, 2008 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral mass will be held at Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 11075 Gouin Boul., Pierrefonds, on Monday, September 15, 2008 at 11 a.m. A special thank yo to the nurses and staff on the 4th floor North of the Lakeshore Hospital for their kindness and care.
