    3. Halifax Herald March 14, 1966 Mrs. J. Thaddee Hebert (Yvonne Leblanc) passed away in Montreal following a short illness. Born in Arichat, Cape Breton, in 1895, she was the daughter of Doctor Aime A. Leblanc and Sabine-Rose Bellefontaine, respectively from St. Joseph, N.B. and Arichat, N.S. After graduating from the Normal School in Truro, she attended the University of Alberta and was for several years a teacher in French in Alberta and New Brunswick. In 1926, she married the late Joseph Thaddee Hebert, barrister in Campbellton, N.B. Several years after his death in 1932, she moved to Montreal with her children. Very active in historical matters, she was a member of the Historical Society of Montreal, la Societe de Genealogie and la Societie l'Assomption. She is survived by her two daughters Mrs. Gabrielle Fortin and Jeanne Mance Dufaux and her son Laurier, her sons-in-law, Dr. Armand Fortin and Georges Dufaux, and six grandchildren. Also her sisters, the Misses Corrinne and Clarisse Leblanc of Edmonton,! her brother, Leon Leblanc, pharmacist, her sisters-in-law, Mrs. Raymond A Leblanc (Gabrielle) of Meteghan, and Mrs. Leon Leblanc (Alma) of Montreal plus several cousins in Canada and the United States. Funeral service will be held at Notre-Dame-des-Neiges church, Tuesday, March 15 followed by interment in Campbellton, N.B. the following day. submitted by "Gerry Mattinson" <gmattins@rogers.com>
