I am looking for information on John A. Gillis born in Nova Scotia, probably Margaree. He married Christine A. Gillis in Portland Maine the 18th of September 1922. She was the daughter of Joseph Gillis and Mary MacKinnon of East Bay, Cape Breton. He was born @ 1893. She was born@ 1891. I am looking for his ancestors. I know there is a close connection to Margaree Gillises, particularly the Gillis Gillis family. Any help sorting out this family would be greatly appreciated. Alex Gillis
