Dear List, Would anyone know a source for older maps of Sydney Mines? Have been looking for Cresent Street. A great aunt, Jessie (Matheson) Harvey, (widow) is living there in 1911 with children Roosevelt and Willemina (both born in Boston). As this family was back and forth between Sydney Mines and Boston, it has been a long search to find anything about them. The only other source, the 1930 MA census gave the married name as Harney, which added considerably to the search, even with using variations. Incidentally, in May this year NS Archives posted additional records - this lead to finding Jessie and two siblings in 1949. Sheila Matheson
