The following obituary appeared in the Toronto Star on Wednesday, 26 November, 2008:   Agnes Mackenzie (Macdonald) Moore MOORE, Agnes MacKenzie (nee MacDonald) - It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Agnes Moore. She passed away peacefully at Sunnybrook Hospital on Monday, November 24th, 2008 after a courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her husband Bill, sons Stuart and Graham. Will be greatly missed by grandchildren Tyler and Nicole. Visitation will be held at McDougall & Brown Funeral Home, 2900 Kingston Rd., 416-267-4656 on Friday, November 28th from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service on Saturday, November 29th at 3 p.m. in the Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.   The following additional information has been supplied by the family:   Agnes was born in Glace Bay in 1932, the youngest daughter of James J. MacDonald and Margaret Nicholson (formerly of Birch Grove), and a great-granddaughter of Birch Grove pioneers Ewen and Sarah Nicholson. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family, having been predeceased by one brother, Fraser, and four sisters: Vivian Hazell, Hughena Grant, Elizabeth Westcott and Flora Jones.     Doug Grant (nephew of the deceased)
