McLeod, barrister, came as a shock to the community this morning. Mr. McLeod, though never very robust, as in ordinary good health yesterday, but succumbed to an attack of heart trouble this morning about ten o'clock. Murray J. Mr. McLeod was a ready talker and gave promise of a brilliant and useful career in his chosen profession. He also devoted considerable time to journalism and acted as the representative of the Sydney Record at North Sydney for several years, and his pithy, well-written paragraphs were always read with interest. Mathew Ryan North Sydney; Mrs. McKinnon, New York, and Laura, Cecila, Kathleen and Marjorie at home, who have the sympathy of the entire community in their sad bereavement. submitted by es718 <es718@freenet.carleton.ca>
