    3. Oct 27, 1951 Halifax Chronicle Herald: GREENWOOD, Oct. 26 - Dr. James Henry Bishop Macintosh passed away suddenly at his home, 51 Boswell Avenue, Toronto, Ontario. Dr. Macintosh, a native of Cape Breton, practiced dentistry in Sydney for 25 years and in Wolfville, from 1934 until 1945. Upon retiring in 1945 he resided in Wolfville until 1947, thence to Toronto where he made his home until the time of his death. A Mason and a charter member of the Wolfville Rotary Club, Dr. Macintosh was active in the affairs of the latter organization until his retirement in 1945. Surviving are his widow, the former Ida Isobel Morrison a native of Sydney, two daughters, Esther of Toronto and Frances of Elmira, Ontario; and one son, George, Dental Officer at RCAF Station Greenwood.
