Jul 16, 1993 Chronicle Herald: MUNROE, Hugh Nelson - 63, Marion Bridge, died July 15, 1993, in Sydney Community Health Centre. Born in Sydney, he was a son of the late Dan and Agnes (Bragg) Munroe. He was a superintendent with the Department of Transportation for the province where he was employed for 21 years. He was an adherent of Bethel United Church, Marion Bridge. He is survived by his wife, the former Mary Margaret MacLeod; two sons, Craig, Dennis, both at home; brother, Dan, Marion Bridge; two sisters, Helen Frankum, Rexdale, Ont.; Lorraine Delaney, Marion Bridge. He was predeceased by two brothers, Jim, Willie. Visitation will be 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today in Sydney Memorial Chapel, where funeral will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Rev. Avery Kempton officiating.
