Dear List, Is it just me or has anyone else been perplexed about the publication of obits in the actual Cape Breton Post versus what we get online. Case in point, please check March 4, 2009 for Joyce Parsons. I believe the newspaper is bringing the born date under the name of the deceased. Then it is republished. In this case, Carbonear is listed but the late Joyce Parsons died in Glace Bay, N.S. Are there any clear guidelines as to how the Cape Breton Post is publishing these obits in their new format? My comment in no way reflects upon the excellent work done by Carol MacLean in publishing for us. Some days, I think I am losing it (LOL), so would someone kindly clarify my sanity in this matter.
