    3. I had contacted ARM about the images not showing up, and they said were a few compatibility issues with the ViewPoint Viewer. After speaking with them, the problem is with Explorer 7, ViewPoint Viewer does not work with Explorer 7! I have not bothered to find out who as my FF crashes all the time and I have migrated to IE6 for those sites where it will not work. IE should be on your computer so open it up and go to the site and select the record you want to view. View, click on the image to enlarge, use the blue bar to go down the image, then put the cursor on the image and drag it the rest of the way up. If you have problems with FF on other sites like automatedgenealogy contact me off list so we can discuss. I have a Dell Dimension. bob gillis ------------------------------- To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to NS-CAPE-BRETON-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message

    3. Barbara et all, I use IE 7.0.5730.11 and using Viewpoint, I can view the records on the NSARM with no problem. I can zoom in and out and move up or down. So I am not sure it is IE 7 that is the problem as it works for me on my PC.
