To be exact, it means we are talking about a paid site and it is the page for Hardwood Hill Cemetery in Sydney, P stand for the people buried there whose last name starts with the letter P Ex..... Peters, Pero, Patterson etc. If there is nothing there, then there is nothing listed, but that page has info on it.
