Hi Helen; I have a Margaret'Maggie' MacIntosh, born about 1878, died March 16, 1900. She was married to my great-uncle Alexander MacPhee on July 9, 1899 in East Bay. Her parents were Angus MacIntosh and Mary [--?--]. One of the witnesses at the marriage was a Lizzie MacIntosh. From the marriage and death dates it looks like Margaret may have died in childbirth. Sandy remarried about three or four years later and had 10 children. Hope this helps. Rod.
